Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly hollow brick made of the following raw materials by weight: 20-50 parts of an environment-friendly powder particle building material, 10-20 parts of slag ash, 10-15 parts of sand, 8-10 parts of homemade concrete, 20-30 parts of nickel chromium iron alloy slag, 10-12 parts of carbide slag, 4-6 parts of highly-viscous attapulgite clay powder, 5-6 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2-3 parts of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 0.3-0.5 part of dihydroxyethyl or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of tea saponin, 1-2 parts ofantimony oxide, 4-6 parts of zinc borate, and the proper amount of water. The environment-friendly hollow brick is high in slag-mixing recycling ratio, wide in material source, low in cost, wide in use and stable in comprehensive quality of product, also has the advantages of high fire resistance, simple processing technology, no environmental pollution, and the like, and provides a new source of raw materials for the production of hollow bricks.
