According to the invention, a brand new biological mildew removing agent is obtained by combining compound strain fermentation substance, catalase, thymol, yeast cell wall polysaccharide, vitamin C, vitamin E and glucose oxidase and performing reasonable matching. The biological mildew removing agent has excellent mycotoxin degradation and can greatly reduce the degradation effect of the mildew removing agent to the mycotoxin.
