Problems solved by technology

[0003] The traditional preparation method of biodiesel is to use liquid catalyst to prepare by esterification reaction, but the liquid catalyst cannot be reused and a certain amount of waste liquid is discharged during the production process. Researchers separately study solid catalysts for biodiesel synthesis
In addition, depending on the source of oil, biodiesel contains a certain amount of nitrogen, which will also cause certain harm to the environment during the combustion process. At present, hydrogenation technology and organic acid neutralization technology are mainly used to remove organic nitrogen in biodiesel. Nitrogen, and these technologies not only consume energy but also need to recover additional organic acids during use

Abstract

The invention discloses a biodiesel synthesis solid base catalyst preparation method which comprises the following steps: step 1, purifying halloysite nanotubes; step 2, preparing an intermediate product; step 3, preparing a catalyst. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the halloysite nanotubes, pulverized coal, cerium nitrate and alkali powder are ground and treated under high temperature and then are treated by supercritical ammonium hydroxide to obtain the final catalyst; a yield of a product of the catalyst in esterification reaction between soybean oil and methyl alcohol can reach 99.5% or more; after being utilized repeatedly 50 times, activity of the catalyst can still keep 96% or more. Meanwhile, when the catalyst is applied to biodiesel containing nitrogen, nitrogen content removal in the biodiesel can be 95% or more.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of catalysts, in particular to a preparation method of a solid base catalyst for biodiesel synthesis. Background technique [0002] At present, my country's energy mainly relies on fossil energy such as coal, oil, and natural gas. On the one hand, fossil fuels are non-renewable, and on the other hand, fossil fuels will generate a large amount of CO during the combustion process. 2 ,NO x ,SO x and other waste gas, causing great pollution to the environment. Biodiesel is an important biofuel to replace petrochemical diesel. It has the advantages of raw material renewability, convenient transportation and storage, superior combustion performance, no sulfur and no aromatic emissions. [0003] The traditional preparation method of biodiesel is to use a liquid catalyst to prepare it through an esterification reaction, but the liquid catalyst cannot be reused and a certain amount of waste liquid is discharged du...
