Abstract

The invention discloses low-cost marine cement, which comprises: clinker, a modified graphene oxide material, grain slag, limestone, shale, silica fume, lignin fiber, polypropylene fiber, a water reducing agent, sodium polyacrylate, lauryl sodium sulfate, and the balance of phosphogypsum. According to the invention, by adding the polypropylene fiber, due to the constraint effect, the stripping ofthe cement mortar on the surface layer of concrete is inhibited so as to slow down the concrete mass loss; by adding the lignin fiber, due to the capillary action of the fiber structure, the moisturein the slurry is uniformly distributed; and by adding the beta-cyclodextrin modified graphene oxide composite material, the graphene oxide is functionalized with the beta-cyclodextrin so as to significantly increase the adsorption performance of the graphene oxide, such that the chlorine ions and the sulfate with high corrosion performance in seawater are adsorbed on the surface of the graphene oxide, and the special layered structure of the graphene oxide can effectively resist the corrosion of the chlorine ions and the sulfate to the interior of cement.
