The liquid outlet end of a needle cylinder of the injector is sleeved with the lower end of the second three-way plastic pipe, one end of the second connection hose is inserted into the right end of the second three-way plastic pipe, and the other end of the second connection hose is inserted into a liquid outlet pipe of the filter. By means of the autologous fat collecting, cleaning and transplanting device, convenience is brought to liposuction, cleaning and injection.
