Disclosed in the present invention are a method and
system for recovering a touch anomaly of a vehicle-mounted display screen, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: when it is detected that a touch anomaly occurs in a vehicle-mounted display screen, acquiring a user operation instruction and judging whether a central
control system can normally respond to the user operation instruction; if the central
control system can normally respond to the user operation instruction, determining that a touch drive of the vehicle-mounted display screen fails to be loaded; monitoring whether a
backup camera drive is successfully loaded, and when it is monitored that the
backup camera drive fails to be loaded, performing reloading by means of a communication
bus corresponding to the
backup camera drive; and when the number of reloading times reaches a preset number, releasing an occupied resource by means of the communication
bus corresponding to the
backup camera drive, so that the central
control system resets and reloads the touch drive, wherein the
backup camera drive and the central control
system communicate with an in-vehicle infotainment
system by means of different communication buses. The present invention ensures stable operation of the vehicle-mounted display screen and improves the
driving safety and driving experience of users, and thus can be applied to the technical field of
vehicle control.
