processing the image through a conversion process to obtain an HSV color value, and recording the HSV color valueas A1, and similarly, in the same scene, obtaining an HSV color value of the reference object, and recording the HSV color value as B1; s2, obtaining a detection value; in a new environment, collecting a baby face image,
processing the image through a conversion process to obtain an HSV color value, and recording the HSV color value as A2; similarly, in the same scene, obtaining an HSV color value of the reference object, and recording the HSV color value as B2; s3, judging and analyzing; and when the absolute value of (a-b) is greater than or equal to the threshold value, judging that the
jaundice condition is abnormal, otherwise, judging that the
jaundice value is normal. The invention is based on on-line image recognition, wherein the real-time jaundice condition of the newborn is judged by collecting the environment condition of the newborn discharged from a hospital and the current face data of the newborn, and the current jaundice risk is estimated.
