7 results about "Subsegmental pulmonary artery" patented technology

The right and left main pulmonary arteries give off branches that roughly correspond to the lung lobes, and can in such cases be termed lobar arteries. The lobar arteries branch into segmental arteries (roughly 1 for each lobe segment), which in turn branch into subsegmental pulmonary arteries.

Application of THBS4 inhibitor in preparation of medicine for preventing and / or treating pulmonary arterial hypertension

The invention relates to an application of a THBS4 inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for preventing and / or treating pulmonary arterial hypertension. Three pulmonary arterial hypertension rat models (a hypoxia induction model, a hypoxia combined SUGEN induction model and a monocrotaline induction model) are constructed, the expression change of THBS4 is verified through qRT-PCR and western blot, and the correlation between the expression level of THBS4 and pulmonary arterial hypertension is verified in combination with in-vitro cell experiments and in-vivo intervention. Results show that THBS4 is remarkably up-regulated in pulmonary arteries of the three models, the expression level of THBS4 is positively correlated with the severity of diseases, and THBS4 is an important regulatory factor for promoting vascular remodeling in pulmonary arterial hypertension. In vivo, by knocking down THBS4, pulmonary vascular remodeling and right ventricular hypertrophy are remarkably relieved, and it is prompted that THBS4 inhibitors show good application prospects in the aspect of preventing and / or treating pulmonary arterial hypertension.

The invention discloses a removing device, and relates to the technical field of medical instruments. The removing device comprises a conveying guide pipe, a push-pull piece and a remover. The conveying catheter is provided with a first cavity channel and a second cavity channel, and the first cavity channel is used for the guide wire to pass through; the push-pull piece is movably arranged in the second cavity channel at least in the axial direction of the conveying catheter; the remover and the far end of the push-pull part are connected or integrally formed, the remover is used for scraping away a fibrous protein sheath on the outer surface of the central venous catheter, and the push-pull part is used for controlling the remover to be switched between a storage position and an unfolding position and adjusting the size of the remover; at the storage position, the cleaner is folded in the second cavity; in the deployed position, the scavenger is open and located outside the delivery catheter. The invention provides a removing device which is used for removing fibrous protein sheaths on the surface of a central venous catheter, the central venous catheter does not need to be frequently replaced, the treatment cost is lower, the pain of a patient is reduced, and pulmonary embolism caused by the fact that the fibrous protein sheaths enter pulmonary arteries is avoided.

Catheter

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a catheter. The catheter comprises a catheter body and a guide head connected to the far end of the catheter body. The tube body sequentially comprises a lining layer, a supporting layer and an outer layer from inside to outside, the far end of the lining layer extends into the seeker and is connected with the seeker, and the far end of the outer layer is arranged on the peripheral wall of the seeker in a sleeving mode and is connected with the seeker. The guide head is arranged at the far end of the catheter body and serves as a flexible guide functional component of the catheter, and the core function of the guide head is that after the catheter enters a human body, the guide head can guide the catheter in a flexible mode by means of the structural characteristic of flexible guide of the guide head. The catheter is guided to smoothly penetrate through blood vessels of special parts such as intracranial blood vessels and pulmonary arteries, the blood vessels generally have the characteristics of dense network distribution, tortuous walking paths, thin and brittle blood vessel walls, complex angle change and the like, and the flexible guide design of the guide head can adapt to the structural characteristics of the blood vessels. Friction and damage of the catheter to the blood vessel wall are reduced, and it is ensured that the catheter accurately reaches the target position.

Guiding catheter for pulmonary artery

ActiveCN224441882UCatheter hubPulmonary artery blood
This invention belongs to the field of medical device technology, and particularly relates to a guiding catheter for pulmonary arteries, including a catheter hub, one end of which is detachably connected to a tube body. The end of the tube body away from the catheter hub has a curved structure, and the tube body is a radiopaque tube. The detachable connection of the tube body to the catheter hub facilitates the replacement of tubes with different curved structures, saving surgical time. The radiopaque design of the tube body enhances the surgeon's ability to identify the target location, helping to more accurately assess the condition and formulate a surgical plan. This invention establishes access within the narrow, tortuous, and complex branches of the pulmonary artery, allowing patients to receive effective treatment during a stressful treatment process.

The invention discloses a self-expanding intravascular stent, and relates to the field of medical instruments, the self-expanding intravascular stent comprises a net-shaped stent and a covering film, the net-shaped stent comprises a net-shaped outer cylinder and a net-shaped inner cylinder, the net-shaped inner cylinder is arranged in the net-shaped outer cylinder, and the two ends of the net-shaped inner cylinder are connected with the two ends of the net-shaped outer cylinder respectively; the net-shaped outer cylinder and the net-shaped inner cylinder are both formed by weaving shape memory alloy wires, the net-shaped outer cylinder and the net-shaped inner cylinder are both provided with covering films, in the expansion state, the net-shaped outer cylinder is used for being supported on the inner wall of a blood vessel, and a center flow channel used for reducing blood flow is formed in the net-shaped inner cylinder. The self-expanding intravascular stent solves the problem that blood flow supply of left and right pulmonary arteries is unbalanced, namely the blood flow of the left pulmonary artery is far lower than the blood flow of the right pulmonary artery, in a child patient suffering from Fallot quadruple syndrome and pulmonary artery atresia.

A machine learning approach towards continuous measurement of pulmonary artery occlusion pressure without occlusion

PCT designated stageWO2026044163A1Drug and medicationsMedical automated diagnosisDisplay deviceArterial occlusion
A system for generating an estimated pulmonary artery occlusion pressure (PAOP) measurement on an ongoing basis, without occlusion of pulmonary arteries, includes one or more sensing devices that produce one or more sensor signals. The system estimates the PAOP measurement based upon the one or more sensor signals from the one or more sensing devices, and displays the estimated PAOP measurement via a display device. In some examples, the system displays an indication of whether the estimated PAOP measurement of a patient is elevated, based upon the estimated PAOP measurement exceeding a predetermined threshold.
