The invention discloses an electro-optic material cylindrical lens array structure and a displaying apparatus employing same. The electro-optic material cylindrical lens array structure comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a flat convex lens assembly, a sealing portion, a plurality of electro-optic material molecules and at least one protruding part, wherein the first substrate comprises a first electrode layer, a second substrate comprises a second electrode layer, a gap is arranged between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, the flat convex lens assembly is arranged in the gap and on the surface of the first electrode layer and comprises a convex lens array including a plurality of convex lenses, the sealing portion is arranged in the gap, the second electrode layer, the flat convex lens assembly and the sealing portion form an enclosed space, or the first electrode layer, the second electrode layer and the sealing portion form an enclosed space, the electro-optic material molecules are arranged in the enclosed spaces, and the protruding part is arranged on the surface of the second electrode layer close to the electro-optic material molecules. The array structure alleviates the easy deformation of the second substrate.
