One of the preparation methods is that the materials are heated to the temperature of 98 DEG C by a pressure pump with a flowmeter in a two-stage normal temperature and normal pressure evaporator during the production process of the urea, the materials are quantitatively and continuously added in proportion, melted and combined, and granulated in a urea granulation tower to obtain a product, the product obtained is coated with a liquid anti-caking agent, cooled and packed, therefore, the functional urea is obtained. The functional urea has the advantages of no hormone, no toxicant and no harmful matter, little dosage, fast action, stable fertilizer efficiency and long-lasting effect.
