Abstract

The anti-Ag diffusion phototonus electro-conductive slurry contains the following ingredients (based on weight percentage): 50-80%of Ag power, 2-20%of function metal powder, 2-15%of adhesion promoter and 16-30%of photosensitive organic system. The function metal powder is the powder of zincum, stannum, bismuth or plumbum or the mixture of two or more of above metals. The photosensitive organic system contains photopolymerization initiator monomer, active thinner, preformed polymer and inert solvent. The conditions for the preparation method are easy to reach and the invention can effectively prevent the Ag from diffusing into the transparent medium layer if the phototonus electro-conductive slurry is used to prepare a BUS conductive electrode and an ADD conductive electrode for a plasma display, thus avoiding the phenomenon that the transparent medium layer turns yellow and remarkably improving the image display quality of the plasma display.
