specific Embodiment approach 1

[0008] Specific embodiment one: Graft acrylamide:

[0009] Step 1: In a fume hood, wash the PET nonwoven fabric with acetone, and then dry it in an oven for 1 hour;

[0010] The second step: the PET nonwoven fabric washed with acetone and then dried in a prepreg solution with a monomer concentration of 2mol / L acrylamide and an initiator concentration of 0.15mol / L benzoin with a ratio of 1:1 Soak in water for two hours;

[0011] Step 3: Take out the impregnated PET nonwoven fabric and clamp it with two pieces of quartz glass to avoid the inhibition of oxygen, put it into the ultraviolet light reactor with a wavelength of about 320nm, and the ultraviolet light passes through the quartz glass Carry out UV grafting treatment on both sides. The ultraviolet irradiation time is 10min, and the irradiation distance is 20cm; the ultraviolet light source is a high-pressure mercury lamp with a model of GGZ500 and a power of 500W produced by Shanghai Yaming Bulb Factory;

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0013] Specific embodiment two: grafted acrylic acid

[0014] Step 1: Boil the PET nonwoven fabric in a beaker for 15 minutes, extract it, and then dry it at 105°C for 1 hour;

[0015] Step 2: Soak the treated PET nonwoven fabric with 25 mL of m-cresol, a swelling agent with a mass fraction of 40%, for 2 hours at a swelling temperature of 60° C., wash with water, remove m-cresol, and dry naturally;

[0016] Step 3: Soak the swollen PET nonwoven fabric in an acetone solution with a concentration of 0.2mol / L benzophenone for 1.0h, and dry naturally;

[0017] Step 4: Put the treated PET nonwoven fabric and acrylic acid with a concentration of 0.58mol / L in a quartz test tube, and blow nitrogen to remove oxygen;

[0018] Step 5: Put the processed PET nonwoven fabric for human use 3.0×10 -3 Potassium permanganate and 0.02mol / L sulfuric acid are used as initiators for graft polymerization in an ultraviolet radiation device, and the light time is 2.0h. Take out the PET nonwoven fabr...

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0020] Specific embodiment three: grafted maleic anhydride

[0021] Step 1: Wash the polyester fabric in clean water containing 1% detergent for 15 minutes, then rinse it with clean water for 15 minutes, and dry it in an oven at 50°C for 4 hours;

[0022] Step 2: Soak the treated polyester fabric in dichloromethane for 3 hours, take it out, wash it twice with absolute ethanol and deionized water, and dry it for later use.

[0023] The third step: maleic anhydride graft irradiation treatment, irradiation conditions: wavelength 222nm, frequency 100HZ, current 1.6A, power 15KW, the gap between the lamp tube and the treated fabric is 3cm, and the irradiation treatment time is 0.5min. should.

[0024] Step 4: The modified PET nonwoven fabric is dried for 15 minutes, and then combined with epoxy resin E-51 to prepare a composite material by vacuum infusion.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a polyester fiber reinforced epoxy composite material based on ultraviolet radiation modification and relates to a resin-matrix composite material. The method comprises the following steps of: grafting active groups including acylamino and carboxyl to the surface of the polyester fiber by virtue of ultraviolet radiation modification; compositing epoxy resin with a polyester fiber fabric by virtue of a vacuum flow guide technique; and curing the resin, thereby obtaining the polyester fiber reinforced epoxy composite material. The method provided by the invention is simple, convenient, free from pollution and practicable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polyester modification applied to composite materials, in particular to a method for modifying polyester reinforced epoxy composite materials based on ultraviolet radiation. Background technique [0002] Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and is the trade name of polyester fibers in my country. It is a fiber-forming polymer made from terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) through esterification or transesterification and polycondensation reactions. Ethylene phthalate (PET), fiber made by spinning and post-processing. Polyester fiber is a hydrophobic synthetic organic fiber. Due to the tight arrangement of internal molecules, the surface is very smooth and its properties are relatively stable. There are no active groups on the surface of polyester that can react with other substances, so it rarely undergoes direct chemical reactions. Therefore, there ha...
