Problems solved by technology

However, this method has the disadvantage of taking a long time to treat wastewater.
Moreover, since nitrogen (N) is an essential nutrient element for organisms, when its content in the water body is low, the number of living organisms is greatly reduced, resulting in low efficiency of biological methods in the application of deep denitrification treatment of water bodies

Embodiment 1

[0024] Add 0.05 g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and 0.05 g of tartaric acid to 100 mL of potassium nitrate aqueous solution with a nitrogen content of about 25 mg / L under the protection of argon, and adjust the pH to 8-8.5 with sodium hydroxide. Then the solution was placed in a light intensity of about 5×10 3 μW / cm 2 ~18×10 3 μW / cm 2 exposure to sunlight. After 5 hours, the residual nitrogen concentration in the solution was measured to be 17.0 mg / L.

[0025] At the same time, if 100mL of potassium nitrate aqueous solution with a nitrogen content of about 25mg / L is added without any reagent, and only light is applied, the residual nitrogen content of the solution will be about 24.7mg / L after 5 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Add 0.5 mg of manganese sulfate and 0.3 g of citric acid monohydrate to 100 mL of potassium nitrate aqueous solution with a nitrogen content of about 25 mg / L, and adjust the pH to 7-7.5. Then put this solution in a sealed device with an air outlet, and place the light intensity at about 20×10 3 μW / cm 2 ~30×10 3 μW / cm 2 exposure to sunlight. After 5 hours, the residual nitrogen concentration in the solution was measured to be 18.5 mg / L.

[0028] At the same time, a comparative experiment was carried out under the same reaction conditions except that there was no light, and the residual nitrogen content of the solution was about 23.9 mg / L after 5 hours.

Embodiment 3

[0030] Add 0.26 g of manganese acetate tetrahydrate and 0.65 g of glacial acetic acid to 100 mL of sodium nitrate aqueous solution with a nitrogen content of about 15 mg / L, and adjust the pH to 6-6.5. Then this solution was placed in a light intensity of about 25×10 3 μW / cm 2 of simulated sunlight exposure. After 5 hours, the residual nitrogen concentration in the solution was measured to be about 8.0 mg / L.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bionic denitrification method for wastewater containing low-concentration nitrate and/or nitrite, and belongs to the field of wastewater treatment. Denitrification of a waterbody is realized under the conditions of being close to a natural water body environment and being assisted by illumination. The method comprises the steps: in an anaerobic environment, adding a compound containing a transition metal and a water treatment agent containing a substance with reducibility into a water body containing low-concentration nitrate and/or nitrite, and then carrying out denitrification operation under the irradiation of natural light or simulated sunlight. The method is characterized in that the content of nitrogen in the wastewater containing nitrate and/or nitrite isreduced by controlling the adding amounts of the compound containing the transition metal and a substance with reducibility and controlling the pH value of the solution. According to the method, the advantage of environmental compatibility of biological denitrification is reserved, the time required for water body treatment is shortened, any harmful element is not added into the system in the denitrification process, and the method is an environment-friendly treatment process. The method provided by the invention can also be used for denitrification of nitrogen oxide-containing gas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of waste water treatment of environmental technology, in particular to a biomimetic denitrification method for waste water containing low-concentration nitrate and / or nitrite. Background technique [0002] Water is an indispensable natural resource for human production and life, and one of the important elements of the ecological environment. The water body itself has the function of self-purification. However, when the pollutants in the water body exceed its self-purification capacity, serious water pollution will occur. This harmful effect will also pose a serious threat to human health and become a "bottleneck" restricting the sustainable development of economy and society. [0003] Nitrogen is one of the main causes of water eutrophication. Nitrogen in water mainly comes from the metabolism and corruption of organisms, the discharge of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and the loss of nitrogen fertilizers...
