The method comprises a first step of arranging label attributes of the users in every mobile device, adding the label attributes to user information, and submitting the user information to a database server; a second step of storing the user information in a user list mode; a third step of inputting searching keywords, and transmitting current position information of the mobile devices and the keywords to the user list of the database server to store the current position information and the keywords; a fourth step of performing keyword and label attribute matching, and according to the current position information, enabling the user list consistent in matching to return to the mobile devices and be displayed according to the distance. The system comprises a mobile device, the database server and an application server.
