medicine. The application finds that the
sodium humate has the effect of treating
obesity, and further combined with near-
infrared photothermal treatment can effectively improve the
treatment effect on
obesity. It is detected that the
sodium humate has excellent
photothermal conversion performance and good photothermal stability, and this characteristic lays a key foundation for the sodium humate in combination with the near-
infrared photothermal treatment of obesity. Experiments prove that the sodium humate can realize efficient
photothermal conversion in the fat area, and provides a precise action mode for local fat intervention. Animal experiments prove that the sodium humate and the sodium humate combined with photothermal treatment can effectively reduce the degree of obesity. Meanwhile, the
combined treatment can improve the distribution of
adipose tissue, realize remodeling of the adipose
phenotype, and especially can promote the
browning of
white adipose tissue.
