According to the radioactive hydrogel and the preparation method and application thereof and the radioactive tumor treatment application, chitosan serves as a matrix and is crosslinked with genipin to construct a three-dimensional network, and stable loading and slow release of radionuclides can be synchronously achieved; the self-antibacterial and adhesion characteristics of the patch can reduce the infection risk and ensure the fixation of the patch, so that a safe, effective and easy-to-operate local treatment platform is provided, the prepared patch can be directly placed on a tumor bed after resection in an operation, beta or alpha rays released by radionuclides accurately and continuously act on an area where tumor cells are most likely to remain, and the effect of treating the tumor cells is achieved. Different from traditional external radiation radiotherapy, the hydrogel can continuously release radiation with a low dosage rate. The mode has a stronger biological effect (such as inhibition of reproliferation) on tumor cells, the radiosensitivity difference of different cell periods and time phases can be overcome, the killing effect is more thorough, and chitosan is proved to have certain antibacterial activity, tumor cell growth inhibition activity and immunomodulatory activity. A synergistic effect can be generated with radionuclide, and a microenvironment which is not beneficial to survival and relapse of tumor cells is constructed together with the radionuclide.

Compositions and devices for extended efficacy and customization of pharmaceutical agents through composite powder combinations

PCT designated stageWO2026073274A1Organic active ingredientsBone implantPoint of careSurgical operation
The embodiments herein provide shape-transforming pharmaceutical compositions and modular kits for the treatment of soft and hard tissue injuries, bone and joint defects, tendon and ligament repair, and surgical or organ exposures. The compositions comprise sterile, dry adsorbent composite polymer particles that are hydrated in situ with a sterile liquid containing one or more pharmaceutical agents. Hydration causes the particles to aggregate and transform into a conforming, shape-retentive device that provides extended coverage and sustained or controlled drug release. Kits enable powders and liquids to be applied sequentially or simultaneously, allowing tailored therapy at the point of care. Therapeutic agents may include antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, regenerative, or analgesic compounds. These devices retain structure for extended durations, support customizable release kinetics, and may serve as a temporary implant to protect tissue while delivering localized therapy. The invention provides a versatile platform for prolonged, modular drug delivery across clinical and surgical settings.

Intermittent air pressure gauge

The utility model discloses an intermittent air pressure instrument which comprises a main machine, an inflation hose and a pressurization air bag assembly capable of applying corresponding pressure according to the limb condition of a human body for physiotherapy, the lower end of the inflation hose is connected to the output end of the main machine, the upper portion of the inflation hose is connected with the pressurization air bag assembly, a pressure relief opening is formed in the upper end of the inflation hose, and a pressure relief valve is arranged at the pressure relief opening. The pressurizing air bag assembly comprises air bags, electromagnetic valves, pressure sensors and a microcontroller, the air bags can be independently pressurized, a closed space is formed by the air bags and the skin to improve the pressure effect, and each air bag can be communicated with the corresponding inflation hose through the corresponding electromagnetic valve, the corresponding pressure sensor and the corresponding microcontroller. And the interior of each air bag is relatively sealed, so that the pressure effect is better, the larger pressure effect can be achieved by using less air, and the power consumption of a host is reduced.

An artificial intelligence-fused individualized treatment method for tumor patients

This invention relates to the field of artificial intelligence technology and discloses a personalized treatment method for cancer patients that integrates artificial intelligence. The method includes: acquiring two adjacent phases of contrast-enhanced tumor images; generating a spatially weighted oligoprogression margin after registration and lesion segmentation; constructing a graph structure containing one image node and three treatment text nodes corresponding to continuing the original systemic therapy, adding local therapy, and changing systemic therapy, respectively; and writing the margin into directed edges from the image node to each treatment node. Based on the margin, a gating mapping is performed to generate directional weights, which are combined with the initial representation of the image node to form edge messages; attention coefficients of each directed edge are calculated and normalized using attention-temperature mapping. The representations of the three treatment text nodes are updated by weighting the corresponding edge messages with the attention coefficients, outputting the probability distribution of each node. Supervised training is performed using historical treatment text labels, and shape alignment constraints are used to ensure that the gating mapping and the margin change in the same direction, resulting in a target graph neural network.
