The invention provides an
iBeacon advertizing method and
system. Location-based advertising is achieved by merchants by deploying the
iBeacon. Firstly, in a
system, UUIDs are dynamically distributed to the merchants, and part of UUID data of the merchants are obtained to serve as Majors and Minors in messages of universal APP
software; secondly, the iBeancon deployed by each merchant at least needs to send two UUIDs, wherein one UUID can represent a universal APP
software provider, and the other UUID can represent the merchant; thirdly, the merchant UUIDs composed of the messages are received through the universal APP
software, and a monitoring Range is dynamically generated; fourthly, the merchants make the UUIDs of the merchants, the Majors and the Minors correspond to an advertising
system of the cloud. When a target device enters the specific monitoring Range, the target device downloads corresponding advertising information from the cloud and displays the advertising information. By means of the
iBeacon advertizing method and system, the maintenance cost of the merchants can be reduced, and the amount of APP software, needing to be installed, of all the merchants or museums can be reduced.
