Method and device for controlling output light of illuminating device and illuminating system

The invention discloses a method and a device for controlling output light of an illuminating device and an illuminating system. The method comprises obtaining a primary image formed after a target object is illuminated by primary lamplight, and conducting color processing on the primary image to obtain a processed target image; respectively extracting first color coordinates of characteristic colors of the primary image and second color coordinates of characteristic colors of the target image; conducting light source estimation and calculation on the first color coordinates, the second color coordinates and third color coordinates to obtain fourth color coordinates; conducting drive circuit calculation according to the fourth color coordinates and a propor color coordinates to obtain drive current parameters; and taking the drive current parameters as light adjustment drive signals, and adjusting the output light of the illuminating device into target lamplight through the light adjustment drive signals. Through the method and the device for controlling the output light of the illuminating device and the illuminating system, output of the illuminating device is controlled by lamplight colors, the target lamplight is accurately controlled, and therefore color of an object to be illuminated is enhanced in a quantitative mode.

The invention provides a double-color double-sided printing method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring two pages of original four-color page dot matrixes every time according to the printing sequence; respectively extracting effective first-color data and second-color data in the two pages of original four-color page dot matrixes; and respectively writing the extracted first-color data and the second-color data into the first-color data, the second-color data, third-color data and fourth-color data of one page of new four-color page dot matrix. The invention provides a double-color double-sided printing device comprising a printing controller, wherein the printing controller comprises an original page acquisition module which is used for acquiring two pages of original four-color page dot matrixes every time according to the printing sequence, an extraction module which is used for respectively extracting the effective first-color data and the second-color data in the two pages of original four-color page dot matrixes, and a new page generation module which is used for writing the first-color data and the second-color data extracted respectively into the first-color data, the second-color data, the third-color data and the fourth-color data of one page of new four-color page dot matrix. According to the double-color double-sided printing method and device disclosed by the invention, printing efficiency is improved.

The color filter layer comprises a first color-resisting layer, a second color-resisting layer, a third color-resisting layer, a first shading layer, and a second shading layer arranged on the glass substrate. The first shading layer and the second shading layer are overlapped in a shading region to form an overlapped shading layer. The structure of the color film substrate can replace a shading effect of a black matrix. The invention also provides a manufacturing method for the color film substrate. The method comprises: forming the first color-resisting layer, the second color-resisting layer, and the third color-resisting layer on the glass substrate in sequence, when the first color-resisting layer and the second color-resisting layer are formed, a part of a color-resisting layer of the first color-resisting layer or the second color-resisting layer covering the shading region to form the first shading layer, and when the third color-resisting layer is formed, a part of the third color-resisting layer covering on the first shading layer to form a second shading layer. The method can reduce the number of photomasks in color film substrate manufacturing.

The color resistors are arranged at different positions of the underlayer, and each surrounding color resistor and another surrounding color resistor are at least arranged on the edges of the four sides of the color resistor in an overlapped mode to form a black matrix; a spacer is formed above the black matrix through the surrounding color resistor located on the uppermost layer. According to a color film substrate, the peripheries of the color resistors are overlapped to form the black matrixes through the surrounding color resistors, no additional preparation material is needed, only three manufacturing procedures are needed, the preparation cost is reduced, and meanwhile the preparation time is shortened.

The light of the first and third color light sources (3,5) is used and the camera (6) is used to shoot the image of the printed circuit board (7), and the image generated by the light come from a red LED (32) as the bright field illumination is used to detect whether the scar (71b) and concave scar (71c) on the surface of the pad are discolored; in addition, the image generated by the light come from a fluorescent lamp as a green diffused illumination is utilized to detect the formation state of the outline (71a) of the pad (71), so that the image come from a blue LED, namely the third color light source (5), is used to detect the accumulation and defect of the resist and in addition, the situations, such as pattern broken line, short circuit, etc., below the resist.
