The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a personalized
ceramic bracket appliance, which comprises the following steps: scanning to obtain the appearance data of the
tooth surface of a patient; using a three-dimensional auxiliary
design software to obtain a bracket appliance bottom plate attached to the
tooth surface to be bonded and a body digital model designed according to the orthodontic treatment requirement; additionally arranging a
casting channel after being integrated into a complete bracket appliance model; obtaining a bracket appliance resin
wax pattern by using a 3D printing technology; using a
casting ceramic material which is consistent with or close to the
tooth color of the patient as a
raw material; preparing a bracket appliance blank by using an embedding hot
die casting technology and deembedding; obtaining the bracket appliance to be bonded after
polishing and
glazing. The
ceramic bracket appliance has the advantages that the manufacturing period is greatly shortened, the
tooth surface appearance and the
tooth color of different patients can be different, the bracket appliance bottom plate which is perfectly attached to the tooth surface to be bonded and the semitransparent bracket appliance
whole body which is consistent with or close to the
tooth color of the tooth surface to be bonded are manufactured, the accuracy of bonding positioning is improved through indirect bonding, the personalized reticulated bottom plate also improves the
bonding strength of the bracket, so that the effect of invisible orthodontic treatment is achieved, and the personalized customization requirement in
clinical treatment is more met.
