The invention relates to the technical field of foreign flavor removal, in particular to a method for removing foreign flavor in wine, base wine is subjected to ultrasonic oscillation, the ultrasonic power density is controlled to be 140-230 W / cm < 2 >, the ultrasonic frequency is 16.0-17.0 kHz, the ultrasonic duty ratio is 20-33%, the pulse width is 67-84, and the treatment time is 10-20 min. In the prior art, modes of natural volatilization, filtration, activated carbon adsorption and the like are slow in effect, long in occupied time and fund cycle, uncontrollable in result or reduced in wine quality. According to the present invention, with the energy of more than 200 W per square centimeter, the great activation energy is provided for the molecules in the wine body, such that the low-boiling point foreign flavor component moves in the wine at the light velocity, the mutual collision opportunity is substantially increased, and the instantaneous high temperature and the instantaneous high pressure are formed at the collision moment so as to make the low-boiling point foreign flavor component enter the wine body; components such as pickled vegetable flavor, muddy flavor, musty flavor, vinasse flavor, oil rancidity and other stink, strange flavor, peculiar smell and the like are changed into bubbles to be volatilized and escaped.

Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, methods of making, pharmaceutical compositions, and uses thereof

The present application relates to a kind of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and its preparation method, pharmaceutical composition and application. The structure formula of the above-mentioned nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is as follows:Wherein, Y and Z are respectively selected from one of-CH and-N;R 1 And R 2 Are respectively selected from one of substituted aryl, unsubstituted aryl, substituted heteroaryl and unsubstituted heteroaryl. The above-mentioned nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is combined with tubulin colchicine binding site on one hand, promotes microtubule depolymerization, inhibits tumor cell proliferation; On the other hand, by combining with the ATP binding site of protein kinase inhibits kinase activity, thereby realizing multi-pathway simultaneous inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and survival.Compared with paclitaxel and other drugs for tubulin, it has better water solubility, simpler structure, easier synthesis and better drug resistance.

A method for the selective hydrogenolysis of lignin catalyzed by alumina-supported nickel and nickel-tin alloys to prepare guaiacol monomer products.

This invention discloses a method for the selective hydrogenolysis of lignin using alumina-supported nickel and nickel-tin alloy catalysts to prepare guaiacol monomers. The method employs a urea precipitation method to prepare a catalyst containing both metallic nickel and a nickel-tin alloy active phase. Organosoluble lignin is used as the raw material, and a mixture of alcohols and water is added as the solvent. The alumina-supported nickel and nickel-tin alloy catalyst prepared by the urea precipitation method is then added. The air in the reactor is replaced with an inert gas, and the pressure is increased to 1.0–3.0 MPa. The reactor is then stirred at 210–270°C for 1–6 hours, resulting in the highly selective conversion of organosoluble lignin into compounds primarily composed of guaiacol monomers. This invention features a simple catalyst preparation process, low cost, and a mild and safe lignin depolymerization reaction. The obtained guaiacol products can be used to prepare food additives or pharmaceutical intermediates and other chemicals.

A method for PA6 degradation and recycling

PendingCN122558945AFast and efficient degradation and recyclingReduce energy consumption
This invention discloses a method for the degradation and recycling of PA6, relating to the field of solid waste resource utilization technology. The method includes the following steps: mixing waste PA6 with aluminum chloride and carrying out a depolymerization reaction at a temperature of 160-240℃; the depolymerization reaction is a solid-solid reaction. This invention mixes waste PA6 and aluminum chloride in a certain proportion, and achieves rapid and efficient degradation and recycling of PA6 in 0.5-1.5 hours at a low depolymerization temperature of 160-240℃ using a one-pot method without special atmosphere, solvent, or high-pressure reactor. This method not only has a fast degradation rate but also high PA6 conversion rate and good product selectivity.
