The invention belongs to the technical field of
temperature control, and particularly relates to a PID-based temperature
adaptive control method for a
paperboard drying production line, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the temperature of a
drying oven and the speed of the
production line, and obtaining a smooth speed through filtering; calculating the speed disturbance intensity by combining the speed change rate, the basic
inertia constant and the logarithmic weighting factor, and constructing the thermal response
lag sensitivity representing the
system vulnerability according to the temperature deviation; then, basic linear compensation and dynamic nonlinear compensation based on
hysteresis sensitivity are fused, and self-adaptive feed-forward compensation flux is generated; and finally, the
signal is superposed with PID feedback output so as to drive a heating mechanism. According to the method, by quantifying the nonlinear
impact of the speed change rate and the
thermal hysteresis characteristic of the
system, the
hysteresis and overshoot problems of traditional control under the variable speed working condition are solved, and the
temperature control precision and stability of a
production line are improved.
