The scale inhibitor comprises the following components in mass percentage: 25 to 40% of sulfonicmethaneaminopolyepoxysuccinic, 20 to 30% of copolymer of maleic and acylic acid, 12 to 30% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 to 5% of oxidized graphene aqueous dispersion, 3 to 6% of zinc sulfate, and 15-40 parts of sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution. All components of the scale inhibitor special for the turbid circulating water system of the steel mill converter synergistically come into play, so that trace amounts of pollutants can be eliminated. After the compounding process of the components, the scale inhibition performance of the scale inhibitor is greatly improved.
