The antibacterial and weatherproof polyurethane coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 120 parts of polyethylene diglycol adipate glycol, 50 to 60 parts of polytetrahydrofuran glycol, 20 to 25 parts of cyclopentyl isocyanate, 30 to 40 parts of chlorosulfonyl isocyanate, 10 to 14 parts of methacrylic acid, 20 to 25 parts of N,N-diethyl ethylamine, 10 to 12 parts of calcium benzoate and the like.
