Winding is completed by alternating actions of inserting coils into stator slots and rotating stars. When the yoke is integrally formed, the yoke may be coupled to the star in a final step, or the yoke may be constructed by coupling sectors of the yoke around the star when the winding is completed. An apparatus configured for implementing the described method is also described. The invention further relates to a stator obtained directly by said method, and to an electric motor incorporating such a stator. According to the invention, a larger filling coefficient, higher efficiency, smaller leakage current and lower stator height are realized.

The present disclosure provides an arrangement device for hairpin type stator coils. An arrangement apparatus configured to arrange hairpin-type stator coils on at least one arrangement jig conveyed by a conveyor may include: i) a frame; ii) at least one cartridge arranged in a cartridge stacking part mounted in the frame and having a stator coil loaded along a set loading direction; iii) a magazine loading unit installed in the frame to load at least one magazine into a magazine tilting member disposed in front of the magazine stacking member; iv) at least one buffer unit arranged in front of the magazine tilting member; v) at least one cassette unit arranged in front of the at least one buffer unit; and vi) a coil insertion unit arranged in front of the at least one cartridge unit to insert the stator coil.

Coil insertion device and coil insertion method

The present invention is to suppress the coil end portion after the insertion into the slot from returning to the inside due to the springback, and to improve the operability of the coil insertion work. In order to solve the above problem, a coil insertion device is provided with a coil expanding means which expands the coil assembly in the wound state from the inside of the stator core, thereby inserting the coil assembly into the slot of the stator core, the coil expanding means having: a coil pressing portion which is arranged on the inner side of the coil assembly, presses the coil end portion of the coil assembly from the inside to the outside, and expands the coil end portion; and a restriction portion which is arranged on the outer side of the coil assembly, restricts the movement of the coil end portion expanded by the coil pressing portion to the outside, and sandwiches the coil end portion of the coil assembly inserted into the slot between the coil pressing portion.
