discharge control system and method capable of prolonging service life of an energy-storage battery. The
system comprises a partition module, a power measurement module, an output intensity calculation module, a fuzzy controller, an SOC (
state of charge) measurement module, an SOC deviation calculation module, a judgment module, a
power correction module, an amplitude limiting module, a load classification module, a power supply insufficiency punishment
cost calculation module, a
cost comparison module, an
annual average cost calculation module, a battery service life calculation module and a charge-
discharge depth analysis module. When the SOC of the energy-storage battery approaches an
overcharge warning area or an overdischarge warning area in the charging or discharging process, the charge-
discharge control system and method are adopted, the charging power of the energy-storage battery is reduced, meanwhile, the SOC approaches an upper limit slowly but does not exceed the upper limit, so that the SOC of the energy-storage battery can be in a normal area to the largest extent, the cycle life of the energy-storage battery is prolonged, and the annual net earning off the
system is maximized.
