The invention provides a circuit for automatically controlling water pumping. The circuit comprises a water pump, a first input end, a first output end, a second input end, a second output end, a high water level switch, a low water level switch and a relay, wherein the relay has a first normally-opened contact and a second normally-opened contact, the first input end is connected with the first output end through the high water level switch, the low water level switch and the relay, the first input end and the first output end are connected with a first power supply, the first normally-opened contact is parallelly connected with the low water level switch, the second input end is connected with the second output end through the water pump and the second normally-opened contact, the second input end and the second output end are connected with a second power supply. The invention further provides a water pumping device employing the circuit. The water pumping device realizes unattended automatic water pumping and prevents water shortages and overflowing.
