The invention discloses a method for producing an organic carbon
fertilizer through photocatalytic and oxidized organic
wastewater and relates to an organic
wastewater treatment and waste utilization method. The method includes the following steps that 1, a photocatalytic and oxidized reaction container is prepared; 2, organic
wastewater obtained after coarse
filtration is pumped into the photocatalytic and oxidized reaction container; 3, photocatalysts and
hydrogen peroxide are added, wherein the photocatalysts including TiO<2> / SiO<2> and Fe<3>O<4> are added, the
hydrogen peroxide is pumped in, a stirrer is started to mix the photocatalysts and the
hydrogen peroxide to be uniform, and the operation process is required to be kept out of the sun; 4, a
photocatalysis-
oxidative degradation reaction is conducted, wherein a top cover is opened so that
sunlight can be directly emitted into the reaction container or an
ultraviolet lamp is turned on for illumination; 5, the catalyst is recycled, evaporated, concentrated and made into a liquid organic carbon
fertilizer with the carbon content being 50-500 g / L. The organic carbon
fertilizer produced through the method can be used for
crop irrigation and spraying and can further serve as fertilizer
mother liquor to be blended into various types of fertilizers for being applied.
