Problems solved by technology

Although the usual graft copolymerization of cellulose and acrylate can develop cellulose acrylate polymer materials such as fabric finishing agents, architectural coatings, water-based adhesives, and drug carrier materials, no composite high polymer materials containing biomass materials have been prepared so far. Molecular materials, which combine the excellent mechanical properties of synthetic polymers with the characteristics of non-toxic, degradable and environmentally friendly natural polymers

Embodiment 1

[0015] Weigh 100 g of methyl methacrylate, 100 g of butyl methacrylate and 2 g of acrylic acid and mix them into a monomer solution.

[0016] Take 50g of 200-mesh powdered cellulose, add it into 500g of water containing 5g of aminopropyltriethoxysilane under stirring, soak at room temperature for 24 hours, then add 1g of sodium dodecylsulfonate, 1g of polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether, 2g sodium octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether maleate, 2g n-hexadecane and 2g sodium polyacrylate, add the monomer solution dropwise under high-speed stirring and heat up to 60°C, add 1g ammonium persulfate initiator, and continue to heat up to 80°C, the reaction time is 4 hours, cooled to room temperature, filtered and discharged, the solid content and viscosity of the emulsion were measured, and dried. See the attached table for the performance results of the samples.

Embodiment 2

[0018] The cellulose acrylate composite polymer degradable material was prepared with the same formula and process as in Example 1, but the particle size of the powdery fiber cord was 100 mesh, and the performance results of the samples are shown in the attached table.

Embodiment 3

[0020] The same formula and process as in Example 1 prepare the cellulose acrylate composite polymer degradable material, but the acrylate is a mixture of 100g methyl methacrylate, 100g n-butyl methacrylate and 2g acrylic acid, and the coupling agent is 5g Isopropoxy titanium triisostearate, the dispersant is 2g polyacrylamine, and the initiator is 1g potassium persulfate. See the attached table for the performance results of the samples.

Abstract

A degradable high-molecular cellulose-acrylate composition is prepared from lipophilic cellulose powder, water, emulsifier chosen from sodium laurysulfonate, polyoxyvinyl nonylphenolether, octylphenol polyoxyvinylether and sodium maleate, stabilizer (hexadecane) and disperser through proportional mixing, stirring while adding acrylate, heating, adding persulfate as trigger, heating while reacting, and baking.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a preparation method of an acrylate composite polymer degradable material, in particular to a preparation method of a cellulose acrylate composite polymer emulsion degradable material, Background technique [0002] Cellulose material is a natural renewable polymer material, which grows and exists in a large number of rich green plants. Its production capacity is as high as 100 billion tons per year, and it is a renewable resource that will never be exhausted. Due to the development of the plastics industry and the widespread use of plastic products, the "white pollution" caused by it has brought great harm to the production and living environment of human beings. Degradable materials are an important way to solve "white pollution". Ordinary cellulose is a renewable and degradable material, but its non-plasticity seriously affects its processing, mechanical properties and application range. Acrylic acid and its esters h...
