Multichannel catheter

This invention is a single, multichannel catheter useful for extracorporeal circulation of blood to a patient undergoing cardiovascular treatments or surgery. The catheter has three independent channels and an expandable balloon at one end of the catheter. The first channel (34) is the largest and is of a size that allows for delivery of blood to a patient in an amount sufficient to maintain the patient's metabolism and perfusion throughout the treatment or surgery. A second channel (36), smaller than the first, is integrated into the wall of the first channel, and is suitable for delivering a biologically active fluid (e.g., for cardioplegia) to the heart and / or venting the left heart. A third channel (38), also smaller than the first, is integrated into the wall of the first channel, and suitable for delivering a fluid to the balloon for its expansion when positioned in the ascending aorta to occlude the flow of blood to the heart. It is important that the first channel accounts for at least about 70% of the total channel volume. The catheter provides an improved means of performing cardiovascular surgery on a patient using a cardiopulmonary machine for extracorporeal circulation of blood. The catheter is particularly useful for cardiac surgery. The multichannel catheter is best prepared using an extrusion molding technique.

The invention discloses a movable sickbed with a gear transmission structure for a cardiovascular surgery patient, and relates to the field of medical sickbeds, the movable sickbed comprises a bed body, the bottom of the bed body is provided with a massage driving mechanism which enables a massage column to move up and down in a reciprocating mode to achieve a massage function; a blood activating transmission mechanism used for driving the movable plate to slide in a reciprocating mode to achieve curled and stretched movement is arranged, and linkage of the blood activating transmission mechanism and the massage driving mechanism is controlled through an air cylinder. A driving motor is started to drive a first rotating shaft to rotate, so that a driving wheel is driven to rotate in a gear ring, a first rack is driven to move left and right through a curved bar, and a magnet can be driven to reciprocate left and right in a massage box. As magnetic poles of the magnet block and the magnet are set in opposite directions, the principle of repulsion by the same pole can be used, massage columns are driven to move upwards to massage the back of the patient, and amyotrophy of the patient is prevented. The problems that an existing device cannot massage a patient, rehabilitation training cannot be conducted on the patient, and blood circulation cannot be promoted are solved.
