This invention relates to a male urethral indwelling intelligent urinary control device, comprising an
insertion part and an
insertion aid for assisting in the placement and removal of the
insertion part. The insertion part is a slender tube with an arc-shaped sealed end at one end and an open end at the other. An annular water-filled
balloon is embedded in the outer wall of the insertion part near the sealed end to prevent the insertion part from slipping out of the
bladder cavity. Cylindrical water-filled balloons are evenly distributed on the outer wall of the insertion part between the annular water-filled
balloon and the open end to prevent the insertion part from slipping into the
bladder cavity. Several through-flow ports are evenly distributed around the axis of the insertion part between the annular water-filled
balloon and the sealed end. The
monitoring and control unit built into the insertion part can monitor the
bladder pressure in real time and control the opening of the first
solenoid valve when the pressure reaches a preset threshold or when an external command is received, establishing a
urination pathway from the bladder through the inlets to the open end, thus achieving intelligent and active urinary control.
