brush tip driving the muscles of the back of the hand and the joints of the
whole body, combined with squatting and squatting movements for 15 minutes; b) simultaneously performing abdominal
breathing 4-6 times / minute, with the
rhythm matching the writing movements; c) simultaneously playing music, with the
rhythm consistent with the
breathing; d) setting the training duration according to the target group: 45 minutes / session for art students, 15 minutes / session for the general
population, with no more than 2 sessions per day, and a total daily
training time of ≤45 minutes for all individuals. It also includes preferred steps such as pre-sleep meditation and
abdominal massage, and
acupressure on acupoints. Through the
synergy of movement,
breathing, and music, it regulates
dopamine and cortisol levels, improves the function of the nervous and motor systems, and can be used for assisted
rehabilitation of Alzheimer's
disease and Parkinson's
disease, promotion of children's intellectual development, and is also applicable to auxiliary intervention for diseases related to the eight major systems of the
human body, the
recovery period of tumors, and depression.
