community; a charging strategy is made based on priorities, charging power can be adjusted dynamically in charging processes, and electrical loads in the residential
community can be maintained at a safe level while electricity demand of users can be met. Decisions are made via the charging system in the residential
community in whole operation processes, operating states of a
power grid of the residential community can be reported to a main
station in a timed manner, a step of waiting for control instructions issued by the main
station is not required, some complex
instruction scheduling processes can be prevented, operating efficiency is improved, and burdens of the main
station can be alleviated.
