The invention discloses an evaluating method for
civil aviation service data and an evaluating
system. The evaluating method comprises the following steps of 1 generating the
civil aviation service data, 2 storing the
civil aviation service data, 3 conducting statistic judgment and analysis and 4 releasing the data. In the step 1, data of a service evaluating column module of a flight service APP end are received. In the step 2, a
storage record is generated by the data according a flight and a user combination, wherein the data are transmitted from the flight service APP end. In the step 3, only when the number of single evaluation target samples stored in a civil
aviation service data base is larger than or equal to 30, is statistic analysis conducted on the data samples through the combination of the
frequency analysis method, the cross-over
analysis method, the weighted summation method and the mean value
analysis method. In the step 4, an
evaluation result is released to a
liquid crystal display to be displayed or sent to a user or a
third platform through a
communication interface. The evaluating method for the civil
aviation service data has the advantages that a real-time
communication channel between passengers and civil
aviation entities is established in a civil aviation
service system, so that communication between the passengers and the civil aviation entities is promoted, and civil aviation
service improvement is effectively supervised and urged. The invention further discloses the evaluating
system which uses the evaluating method.
