Problems solved by technology

Due to the rich nutrition of wheat bran, the rich xylan is a good raw material for the preparation of xylo-oligosaccharides, but currently the preparation of xylo-oligosaccharides from bran mainly includes NaOH extraction, acid dry steaming and alkaline extraction. Combined method, KOH leaching method, H 2 o 2 Combined with lye extraction method, biological enzymatic hydrolysis method, etc., but there are disadvantages such as complex process, serious environmental pollution, low xylan yield, low xylanase activity, so the process of preparing xylooligosaccharides by traditional enzymatic method is simplified , to provide a new way for the preparation of xylo-oligosaccharides, and to comprehensively utilize wheat bran, a by-product of agricultural crops, to extend the processing chain of agricultural by-products, and to turn waste bran into treasure, which has very important social significance and economic value

The novel process is characterized in that a byproduct bran generated by agricultural and sideline product processing is used as a raw material to prepare xylooligosaccharide with the efficacy of promoting proliferation of bifidobacterium, preventing constipation, reducing cholesterol, protecting liver and the like by using microbial fermentation and biological enzymolysis technologies; the quality of an obtained xylooligosaccharide product reaches standard requirements of a xylooligosaccharide industry, high-efficiency utilization of the bran is realized, and the utilization value of the bran is improved; the novel process has a better popularization prospect. The novel process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that firstly, the yield of the xylooligosaccharide is improved by a preparation process of cooperating ultrasonic assisted enzymolysis for three times with microbial fermentation; secondly, the purity of the xylooligosaccharide product is remarkably improved by performing ultrasonic assisted enzymolysis to remove protein and starch, and performing enzymolysis on phytase and mannase; thirdly, the capability of fermenting and performing enzymolysis on xylan is improved by multi-bacterium mixed fermentation; fourthly, a production process is simple, low in energy consumption, free of environmental pollution, low in investment and easy for scale production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new process for preparing polysaccharides by high-value comprehensive utilization of wheat bran, and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of grain processing by-products. Background technique [0002] Wheat bran is the residual part after wheat flour and germ are extracted during the flour milling process of wheat flour. It is the main processing by-product of wheat flour mills, mainly cortex (including pericarp, seed coat, nacelle and aleurone layer), A small amount of germ and unstripped endosperm are mixed in, usually accounting for 14%-19% of the weight of the wheat. It is composed of wheat pericarp, seed coat, aleurone layer and a small amount of embryo and endosperm. It is rich in cellulose and hemicellulose, and is the main source of dietary fiber. It contains 46% non-starch polysaccharides, of which arabinoxylan is about 70%, cellulose is about 24%, β-(1→3)(1→4)-glucan is about 6%, and there ar...
