The invention discloses a method for repairing
cadmium-polluted soil based on combination of
chitosan nanoparticles and nightshade, which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting a soil sample, and testing whether the concentration of
cadmium in the soil sample reaches a preset concentration or not for later use; s2, dissolving
chitosan in an
acetic acid solution, adjusting the pH value, and stirring the solution overnight until the
chitosan is completely dissolved and the solution is clear; adding
sodium tripolyphosphate, filtering the
mixed solution to obtain a suspension, centrifuging, washing, and
drying by a freeze dryer to obtain
chitosan nanoparticles; s3, accelerating
germination of the black nightshade seeds, and
transplanting seedlings into the
cadmium-containing soil in the step S1 when the seedlings grow to 2-3 cm; after the plants grow for two weeks, spraying chitosan
nanoparticle solutions with different concentrations on leaves. According to the method, through the combined effect of the
chitosan nanoparticles and the black nightshade, the result shows that the activity of cadmium in soil can be improved through the nano chitosan with the proper concentration, and the Cd extraction and enrichment capacity of the black nightshade is improved.
