A system and method for enabling a user to request and receive product information, participate in voting or polling activities, reprint an article or other publication, request and authorize a purchase of a magazine subscription, music sound clip, or other product, and/or share personal information with other users. The service request and information delivery may provided over a mobile phone. The user dials a series of digits into their phone and enters them into the disclosed system, for example by pressing the send key on a mobile phone. The digits entered by the user include a prefix or routing code, and a data code. The dialed digits are transferred to a call switching system, which determines, based on the prefix code, a processing system to which a message is sent including the originally dialed digits as well as identification of the user or phone that placed the call. The processing system may then determine, based on the identification of the mobile phone that placed the call, a user account. The processing system further determines, based on the data code of the dialed digits, the product information or other service such as entry of a polling response, vote, or product purchase, that is to be provided. The user account information may then be used to determine a delivery technique, such as electronic mail using an electronic mail address associated with the phone that made the call, SMS/MMS/EMS Text messaging, or WAP push, through which the product information associated with the data code may be forwarded to the requesting user.

The application discloses a circuit comprising at least one flip flop, said flip flop comprising: a master latch and a slave latch; a data signal input and a scan signal input arranged in parallel to each other and each input comprising a tristateable device; and a scan enable signal input, a functional clock signal input and a scan clock signal input; wherein: in response to a first predetermined value of said scan enable signal indicating a functional mode of operation, said scan input tristateable device is operable to isolate said scan input from said master latch, and said master latch is operable in response to said functional clock to receive data from said data input and to output data to said slave latch and said slave latch is operable in response to said functional clock to receive data from said master latch and to output data at said data output; and in response to a second predetermined value of said scan enable signal indicating a scan mode of operation said data input tristateable device is operable to isolate said data input from said master latch, and said master latch is operable in response to said scan clock to receive data from said scan input and said slave latch is operable in response to said functional clock to receive data from said master latch and to output data at said scan output.

A constant value load of the machine is realized by a frame structure such as a power device, a pressure sensor, a spring and the like. A heavy method of applying a load by hanging a weight, which is adopted by other like equipment, is changed. The mechanical horizontal steel wire rope bending fatigue testing machine has high accuracy. The 1:1 steel wire rope winding testing wheel is adopted. The mechanical horizontal steel wire rope bending fatigue testing machine is consistent with the actual working condition, has simple and reasonable structure, occupies a small space and has high rigidity and strength, low deformation and small overall size.

Medical needle device with mis-punctuation prevention shield

In a medical needle device having a shield for reduction of needlestick injuries, a protrusion is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a hub to which a needle is mounted, a height of the protrusion being set so that the protrusion protrudes beyond an inner diameter of a shield tube, and a gate groove is formed at an inner surface of the shield tube to extend from a front end to the vicinity of a rear end, dimensions of the gate groove being such that the protrusion can fit in a front end portion of the gate groove. In a state where the protrusion is exposed from the front end of the shield tube, the hub can rotate with respect to the shield tube. At a rotational position of the protrusion at which it does not face a front end of the gate groove, a position of the hub is limited so as not to move toward a rear end side of the shield tube due to engagement of the protrusion with a front end face of the shield tube. At a rotational position of the protrusion at which it face the front end of the gate groove, the protrusion can slide into the gate groove, whereby the hub can move so that a tip of the needle can be stored in the shield tube. In the penetrating state of the needle that enables the puncturing, the needle cannot move in the shield for reduction of needlestick injuries and can rotate.
