arginine). The cyclic nonapeptide RGDSYKVKR of the application can significantly increase the content of COL1 in dermal fibroblasts, down-regulate the
matrix metalloproteinase genes MMP1 and MMP3, and reduce the aging markers P21 and P16, thereby playing the roles of promoting collagen generation, improving
skin elasticity, and lightening
skin wrinkles, and having the effects of anti-aging and anti-
wrinkle and anti-aging. The cyclic nonapeptide can also significantly increase the content of COL1 in dermal fibroblasts after UV
irradiation, reduce the relative expression of the aging markers MMP1, MMP3 and P53 mRNA in the dermal fibroblasts after UV
irradiation, and thereby play the role of anti-
photoaging.
