The invention discloses a
cell population formation-oriented
shape constraint synchronous control method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, analyzing and establishing a
viscosity-dominated cytodynamics simplified model based on the
order of magnitude of Reynolds number, and ignoring an
inertial effect; step 2, adopting a time-varying shape adjustment strategy, constructing a
cell population target formation in a hyperelliptic configuration, and giving an expected position; 3, constructing a
position tracking error and a synchronization error; 4, designing a distributed synchronous controller containing
coupling error feedback and
gain adjustment, calculating an optical trap position instruction, and realizing
cell population coordinated regulation and control; and 5, inputting the light trap position instruction into a control module of the multi-
laser-beam
optical tweezers system, or inputting the light trap position instruction into a corresponding
simulation platform to update the light trap position so as to drive each cell to realize formation synchronous movement under the dynamic hyper-elliptical target formation. According to the method, the formation consistency and
synchronism of the cell groups can be kept in the dynamic shape adjustment process, and good stability and robustness are achieved.
