imaging signal intensity is improved. The water-soluble nanoparticles PCDT-V-DPP-coated NPs are prepared by taking the PCDT-V-DPP as a core and a
phospholipid compound as a shell, and the photoacoustic performance of the water-soluble nanoparticles PCDT-V-DPP-coated NPs is remarkably superior to that of non-Y-axis conjugate extension PCDT-DPP. According to the invention, by carrying out
side chain modification on the CDT unit, compared with a non-completely conjugated plane
polymer with the same main
chain structure, the polymer has higher brightness and
signal-to-
noise ratio, PCDT-V-DPP has a narrower
band gap and a larger
dihedral angle, and non-
radiation decay can be effectively improved, so that the photoacoustic imaging performance is improved.
