The wheel lock cylinder comprises a lock shell, a lock core, an annular hollow frame, a spring bolt, a plurality of password units and a key starting block; the lock core is arranged in the lock shell; the frame sleeves the lock core; the plurality of password units are arranged on the lock core; each password unit comprises a calibration ring, a billiard and a billiard base; a ratchet and a calibration groove are arranged on each calibration ring; a billiard base installation groove is formed in the lock core opposite to each billiard base; eachbilliard base is fixedly arranged on each billiard base installation groove; each billiard is arranged in each billiard base in a matching manner; a protrusion is fixedly arranged at the other end ofeach billiard and positioned on the outer side of each billiard base; each protrusion is engaged with the ratchet; a pressing plate and a positioning shifting rod are arranged in the lock shell; and afirst elastic element, opposite to the pressing plate, is arranged in the lock shell. The wheel lock cylinder is simple in structure, small in the number of parts, low in manufacturing cost, high insafety performance and suitable for large-scale batch production.
