Method, system, and program for correcting the image quality of a moving image

An image processing system has a scale-down section for scaling down frames of a moving image to obtain thumbnail images, a temporary correction value calculation section for calculating a temporary correction value by employing a first feature quantity calculated from the thumbnail image by a feature quantity calculation section, and a temporary correction section for calculating a second feature quantity of a temporarily corrected thumbnail image obtained by correcting each thumbnail image with the temporary correction value. The image processing system further has a target feature quantity calculation section for calculating a target feature quantity of each frame so that the second feature quantities vary smoothly in a temporal direction, an object correction value calculation section for calculating an object correction value so that the first feature quantity becomes the target feature quantity, and a correction section for obtaining a corrected moving image by correcting each frame with the object correction value.

Pulmonary vein arrhythmia diagnostic device and method for use

InactiveUS6925327B2Inhibits electrical impulseLimit unnecessary treatmentStentsElectrocardiographyVeinAtrial cavity
Devices and methods for testing a pulmonary vein to determine whether or not ablation would be effective in terminating atrial fibrillation. The devices and methods include a catheter having an expandable balloon attached to the distal end of the catheter. The balloon has pores on the distal end of the balloon for administering a fluid into the target pulmonary vein. The fluid inhibits the electrical impulses generated by the target pulmonary vein. Once the electrical impulses of the target pulmonary vein have been inhibited it can be determined whether or not the atrial fibrillation continues to occur. If the atrial fibrillation has been eliminated, then ablation or other therapy is appropriate. Thus, the devices and methods limit unnecessary treatment of a pulmonary vein.

A hydrogen generating system is equipped with a water electrolysis unit for producing hydrogen by performing electrolysis on pure water supplied from a pure water supply apparatus, with a back-pressure valve mechanism disposed in a hydrogen outlet port of the water electrolysis unit. The back-pressure valve mechanism is equipped with a first back-pressure valve, which sets a first back pressure, for discharging hydrogen to the outside of a hydrogen supply passage, and a second back-pressure valve, which sets a second back pressure at a higher pressure than the first back pressure, for extracting high-pressure hydrogen into the hydrogen supply passage.

Method for detecting defective printing nozzles in an inkjet printing machine

A method for detecting defective printing nozzles in an inkjet printing machine includes printing a multi-row printing nozzle test chart formed of horizontal rows of equidistant vertical lines periodically underneath one another, with only printing nozzles in a print head contributing to every row of the test chart corresponding to the horizontal rows. An area coverage element geometrically associated with the test chart is printed, both elements are recorded by an image sensor and analyzed by the computer. The computer analyzes the recorded area coverage element to detect print defects and allocates defects to a region of geometrically close printing nozzles. An analysis of the test chart in the region identifies nozzles causing the defect. Defective printing nozzles are detected based on thresholds, the detected printing nozzles are then compensated, and in the analysis of the recorded area coverage element, influences of the sensor are eliminated by shading correction.

Aluminum alloy welded member

An aluminum alloy material is welded by performing friction stir welding to form a welded section in an aluminum alloy welded component. The aluminum alloy material contains Mg: 0.3-6.0% (mass %, hereinafter the same), Cu: 0.2% or less, Si: 0.1% or less, Fe: 0.1% or less, the balance being Al and inevitable impurities. Second phase particles dispersed in the aluminum alloy material have a grain size of 5 μm or less as observed with an optical microscopic. Because the second phase particles are homogeneously dispersed in a welded section equivalent portion of the aluminum alloy welded component as compared to other portions, variations in pit formation caused by etching during anodizing are reduced, thereby eliminating color tone variations in the anodized coating formed on the aluminum alloy welded component.

Sign identification method based on fixed features

The invention discloses a sign identification method based on fixed features. The method comprises the following steps: A, performing image preprocessing on images of a primary camera and a secondary camera; B, performing left and right image point coupling; C, performing image plane constant feature identification; and D, performing image space model coupling congruence identification. According to the invention, in accordance with constant features of a sign system, through the image plane constant feature identification, image plane prediction identification and the image space model coupling identification, parasitic light points are reliably eliminated and identification of each sign is completed.

Clothing treating equipment and overflow exhaust pipe thereof

The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly provides clothing treating equipment and an overflow exhaust pipe thereof. The overflow exhaust pipe comprises a pipe body, wherein the pipe body comprises a first pipe section and a second pipe section which are in communication with each other; the first pipe section and the second pipe section have different cross-sectional shapes and / or cross-sectional dimensions so as to eliminate foams introduced from the clothing treating equipment to the overflow exhaust pipe. Preferably, the pipe body further comprises a transition pipe section which is disposed between the first pipe section and the second pipe section; the transition pipe section is of a curved structure; a first end of the first pipe section is in communication with a washing tub of the clothing treating equipment; and a second end of the first pipe section is in communication with the second pipe section through the transition pipe section. By cooperation of the variable cross sections of the first pipe section and the second pipe section and the curved structure of the transition pipe section, the foams flowing through the overflow exhaust pipe can be eliminated by the pressing action, thereby preventing the foams from overflowing to the ground along the overflow exhaust pipe, polluting the environment or causing a user to slip and fall, and optimizing the user experience.
