The invention discloses a method for automatically positioning the coordinates of scenes in a real-time video fixed-trace inspection tour. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring MSE parameters; S2, determining the coordinates of a video display area, using a scene to be acquired as a reference object, manually calibrating the scene so as to obtain the coordinates of the referenceobject, and recording travelling time; S3, simultaneously performing steps A and B according to the acquired MSE parameters: step A, calculating a matching relation between the moving MSE of inspection equipment and the coordinates of scenes in a video on a screen, determining the coordinates of scenes in the video on the screen, marking and storing the coordinates, and continuously updating the coordinates of the scenes so as to realize tracking display of the scenes; and step B, calculating a matching relation between the moving MSE of the inspection equipment and the coordinates of displayareas in the video on the screen, calling the operation time of the inspection equipment and determining the real-time video display areas of the screen; and S4, marking and displaying the coordinatesof scenes in the video on the screen. The method of the invention has the advantages of low occupation of hardware resources, convenience for processing of mass videos, no influence by image qualityand illumination conditions, and high accuracy.
