biomass gasification
power generation system comprises a reactor, wherein the reactor comprisesa
cracking chamber, a
combustion chamber, a reduction chamber, a vibrator and a heat preservation shell. The
system is characterized in that the vibrator in the reactor is controlled by monitoring the pressure and temperature parameters of the
combustion chamber and reduction chamber and the property parameters of fed materials, running of the vibrator is controlled by means of a specific equation, and the
internal pressure, temperature and material property parameters of the reactor are shown as Rratio=Pc / Pr*ed / m*(Tc-Tr), wherein Rratio represents a reaction completion degree indicating parameter of the reactor, Pc represents the pressure of the
combustion chamber, Pr represents the pressure of the reduction chamber, e represents a natural constant, d represents an average particle sizeparameter of the materials, m represents a
water content parameter of the materials, Tc represents the temperature of the
combustion chamber, and Tr represents the temperature of the reduction chamber. When Tc is greater than or equal to 900 DEG C, the vibrator is controlled to carry out following actions according to Rratio: (1) when Rratio is greater than or equal to 20 and smaller than or equalto 80, the vibrator continuously vibrates for 30 seconds every 5 minutes; (2) when Rratio is smaller than 20 or greater than 80, the vibrator vibrates continuously for 3 minutes every 5 minutes.
