This invention relates to the field of dental
medical device technology, and discloses a
polishing device for zirconia restorations, comprising: a
polishing table, a
robotic arm, a structural scanning component, a clamping component, a flexible buffer component, a
locking mechanism, and a control center. The
robotic arm is mounted on the
polishing table; the structural scanning component is mounted on the actuating end. The clamping component includes a clamping seat, a first clamping jaw, and a second clamping jaw. The clamping seat is mounted on the upper surface of the polishing table, and the first clamping jaw has an installation groove. The flexible buffer component includes a contact plate and an elastic element. The contact plate is mounted in the installation groove, and the elastic element causes the contact plate to tend to move away from the bottom of the installation groove. The contact plate has a locking groove. The
locking mechanism includes a transmission rod, two
abutment blocks, and a locking drive component. The transmission rod is mounted in the locking groove, the
abutment blocks are mounted on the transmission rod, and the locking drive component drives the transmission rod. The control center is electrically connected to the
robotic arm, the structural scanning component, and the locking drive component. It features a targeted
adaptation design.
