polyploid succulent plants. The method comprises the following specific steps: selecting a plurality of succulent leaves with adventitious roots, placing the succulent leaves into a liquid MS culture medium, then placing the succulent leaves into a refrigerating chamber at the temperature of 4 DEG C, and carrying out induction culture for 36 hours; taking tetraploid cells of the obtained leaf root cells, detecting the resonant frequency of
cell membranes of the tetraploid cells, electrifying, and meanwhile, screening and culturing by using ultrasonic
resonance irradiation; then culturing the obtained leaves until seedlings grow out, taking the leaves of the seedlings of the plants to detect the resonant frequency of the
cell membranes, and culturing with a
lignin culture medium by using ultrasonic
resonance irradiation; culturing the obtained mature first-generation
plant population as F1, screening F1 plants, culturing in batches to obtain a second-generation
plant population F2, and selecting pure tetraploid F2 as a target
seedling. Through the treatment method,the selection rate of chimeras can be improved, the rooting rate and development rate of polyploids can be improved, meanwhile, the
nutrient content of plants is high, the
root system is developed, and an effect of stable
heredity is achieved.
