The priority control part 16 relays the transmissions other than the lower priority transmission, by priority compared with the lower priority transmission. This makes it possible to stably and efficiently utilize a limited bandwidth available for a transmission between a relay apparatus and a wireless terminal.

A safe data sharing method suitable for a hybrid cloud environment is disclosed and comprises the following steps: a system is initialized; a secret key is generated by an authorization mechanism, a data owner encrypts a file so as to generate a data ciphertext and a middle ciphertext of a secret key ciphertext, the data ciphertext is directly uploaded to a public cloud without being processed via a private cloud, the middle ciphertext of the secret key ciphertext is uploaded to the private cloud, the private cloud processes the middle ciphertext and generates the same into a complete secret key ciphertext, ciphertext conversion is conducted via the private cloud, and user data of a mobile terminal is decrypted. According to the method, in the hybrid cloud environment, data is ciphered and shared based on ciphertext strategy attributes; with limited computation and storage capability of the mobile terminal taken into consideration, the private cloud as a proxy can safely take over part of complex ciphering and deciphering tasks via use of secret key decomposition technologies and secret key negotiation technologies on a precondition that data safety is ensured, a computation burden and storage demand of the mobile terminal can be reduced, and a reliable method is provided for protecting and sharing data of the mobile terminal in a highly efficient and safe manner.

The invention provides a medical image file transmission system, a medical image file transmission method and a server based on a bit torrent protocol. The system comprises a central server, a tracking server and a client. The central server is used for packaging a medical image file into at least one data packet in units of series in digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM), making a seed file for each data packet and storing the data packets and the seed files, releasing identifiers generated by the bit torrent protocol for the data packets to the tracking server, receiving a request sent by the client and used for downloading the seed file of a specified data packet, and sending the seed file of the specified data packet to the client through a secure sockets layer (SSL) protocol, wherein one data packet corresponds to one series. The tracking server is used for storing the identifiers of the at least one data packet, storing information of the central server capable of providing the data packets and information of the client, and receiving a request sent by the client and used for acquiring information of the central server capable of providing the specified data packet and information of other clients. The client is used for issuing a request for downloading the seed file of the specified data packet to the central server, acquiring the seed file of the specified data packet from the central server through the secure sockets layer (SSL) protocol, issuing a request for acquiring information of the central server capable of providing the specified data packet and information of other clients to the tracking server according to the acquired seed file, and downloading data from the central server capable of providing the specified data packet and/or other clients according to the information acquired from the tracking server so as to acquire the specified data packet.

The method comprises the following steps: taking a request command out of a new request command linked list and inserting into a positive processing command linked list by a command processing thread, splitting the request command, and inserting data packets formed by splitting into a sending packet linked list; taking the data packets out of the sending packet listed list for sending by sending threads; inserting the data packets into a receiving packet linked list by receiving threads if the receiving threads receive the data packets from a service; judging whether the data packets in the receiving packet linked list can assemble into a complete response command or not by a data packet processing thread, and if so, taking out the data packets for assembly, inserting the response command after the completion of assembly into a response command linked list and deleting the corresponding request command in the positive processing command linked list according to the response command, wherein the sending threads and the receiving threads are multiple, and all the threads can perform parallel execution. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the bandwidth utilization rate of physical connection can be improved, and the number of logical connections can be further optimized.
