The invention discloses a
palladium-carbon catalyst capable of being applied mechanically for
meropenem synthesis. The
palladium-carbon catalyst capable of being applied mechanically for
meropenem synthesis comprises an
activated carbon carrier,
palladium and
transition metal nano particles loaded on the
activated carbon carrier and amorphous
alloy nano particles of palladium and
transition metal. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a
sulfide solution, then immersing wood based carbon into the
sulfide solution to stir, filtering, and
drying so as to obtain the
activated carbon carrier; secondly, preparing an activated component
mixed solution; thirdly, pulping the activated carbon carrier by an alkali compound water solution, and stabilizing under a stirring condition so as to obtain activated carbon size; fourthly, adding the activated component
mixed solution into the activated carbon size, and stirring so as to obtain the catalyst; fifthly, aging a catalyst precursor by adopting
sodium borohydride for
reduction treatment, filtering and washing so as to obtain a finished product catalyst. The catalyst provided by the invention has the advantages of moderate activity and
high selectivity; the catalyst can be applied mechanically, and thus the production cost of the catalyst for
meropenem synthesis is reduced substantially.
