If the estimated power consumption is less than the preset threshold, a CPU load of the electronic device is low and a power consumption rate is low so that the electronic device can be adaptively fast-charged, which means that the first charging mode is started. The charging parameter in the first charging mode is greater than the current charging parameter, and the electronic device is charged in the first charging mode so that charging efficiency of the electronic device is increased.
