Cell Cartridge with a Composite Intercell Connecting Net Structure

The present invention provides a cell cartridge with a composite cell interconnection network, in which plural unit cells are assembled and modularized in a case in a composite series-parallel connection manner. An object of the present invention is to provide a cell cartridge with a composite cell interconnection network, in which a plurality of unit cells can be simply assembled, as opposed to conventional methods of binding the unit cells with glass tape, for example, to shorten the time required for assembly, improve assemblability and productivity, and increase the accuracy of manufacturing standards. Moreover, another object of the present invention is to provide a cell cartridge with a composite cell interconnection network, in which a plurality of unit cells are spaced at regular intervals to prevent problems caused by direct contact between the cells and by heat generated thereby, prevent problems such as cell performance degradation and reduced battery lifespan caused by the direct contact and the generated heat, and enable mass production of standardized and modularized battery packs. Furthermore, still another object of the present invention is to provide a cell cartridge with a composite cell interconnection network, in which the structure of external terminals connected to cell terminals is modified to prevent a contact failure or excessive contact resistance between the cell terminals and the external terminals, and which can solve many other problems, caused by the welding of a nickel plate in conventional methods, such as welding defects, inconvenience of welding process, excessive assembly time due to the welding, degradation of assemblability and productivity, etc. To this end, a cell cartridge with a composite cell interconnection network is disclosed, the cell cartridge comprising: a plurality of unit cells; a case which accommodates the unit cells and is then assembled; a plurality of spacing members, each disposed between the unit cells accommodated in the case to space the unit cells a predetermined distance from each other; and a plurality of connection plates fixedly mounted on an inner side of the case and each including terminals connected to electrodes of the respective unit cells to connect the electrodes of adjacently arranged cells to each other, wherein the unit cells are connected to each other by the connection plates connected to the respective electrodes in a composite series-parallel connection manner.

Method for extracting alumina from fly ash

The invention discloses a method for extracting alumina from fly ash. The method comprises the following steps of: a), acid treatment, i.e. mixing and feeding hydrochloric acid and the fly ash into a digester lined with a polyfluortetraethylene material for dissolving, carrying out separation on dissolved slurry by a settling tank, carrying out evaporation, crystallization, roasting and decomposition on the upper overflow slurry to form active initial alumina and hydrogen chloride gas, and returning the hydrogen chloride gas to a fly ash dissolving process after the hydrogen chloride gas is recovered to prepare acid; and b), Bayer process treatment, i.e. mixing the active initial alumina and circulating mother liquor, sending the mixture into an autoclave for dissolving, carrying out separation on the dissolved slurry by the settling tank, carrying out fine filtering on the upper overflow slurry to obtain refined fluid, mixing the refined fluid and seed crystals of aluminium hydroxide, carrying out seed crystal digestion to obtain decomposition mother liquor and aluminium hydroxide, returning the decomposition mother liquor to the process of dissolving the active initial alumina after the decomposition mother liquor is evaporated, and carrying out filtering, washing and roasting on the aluminium hydroxide to obtain an alumina product. Due to the adoption of the method, the metallurgical alumina which meets the national standard requirements can be prepared.

Polymer material for quickly repairing cracks of asphalt pavement and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a polymer material for quickly repairing cracks of an asphalt pavement and a preparation method thereof. The polymer material is prepared by mixing two components A and B and quickly solidifying the mixed components, wherein the component A comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 41-60 parts of polyoxypropylene diol N220, 25-20 parts of polyoxypropylene diol N210, 1-0.4 part of carbon black, 2-1 part of a catalyst, 20.5-15.5 parts of glycerol triacetate, 8-1 part of a chain extender, 2 parts of a latent curing agent, 0.5-0.1 part of a BYK-535 defoaming agent and 50-80 parts of water absorbent microcapsules; the component B is 100 parts of polyether urethane prepolymers; mixing the component A with the component B according to the mass ratio of (1.5-1.8) : 1 to solidify so as to obtain the polymer material for quickly repairing the cracks of the asphalt pavement. The non-flowing time of the prepared polymer material is shorter than 5 min at 20 DEG C, and if being applied to repair the cracks of the asphalt pavement, the prepared polymer material can be solidified after 30 min and the asphalt pavement has the transportation service. The asphalt pavement repairing polymer material has a self-repairing function so as to prevent a situation that the repaired pavement is cracked again due to the reduced temperature; the crack repairing process is simple, the repairing speed is high, the construction efficiency is high, the application effect is good, no pollution generates, the production is clean, and the polymer material is green and environment-friendly.
