A picture taking apparatus and a chromatic aberration correcting method are provided in which a satisfactory correction processing can be performed even when the camera shake correction is simultaneously performed.
An output signal from a camera-signal processing circuit 4 is selected by a selector switch 5 and is supplied to a chromatic aberration correcting unit 6. On the other hand, an angular velocity due to the camera shake is detected using sensors 7P, 7Y and the detected signal is supplied to a camera shake correcting vector calculating unit 9 in control microcomputer 8. A driving state of a camera lens 1 such as a zoom focal length and focal position is supplied to a conversion-ratio calculating unit 10. An optical axis centered shift vector of camera lens 1 is obtained from the camera shake correcting vector and is supplied to the above unit 6. A conversion ratio of each color is supplied to the above unit 6. A signal corrected by the above 6 is compressed by data compression circuit 15 and supplied to a recording medium of a recording and reproducing unit 17 for recording. A signal reproduced therefrom is decompressed by a data expansion circuit 18 and supplied to the selector switch 5.
Accordingly the picture-quality deterioration caused in the miniaturized camera lens can be compensated by processing the captured image signal, and also a satisfactory correction processing can be performed even when the camera shake correction is performed simultaneously.

Earthquake response analysis method for building structure based on general rigidity eccentricity

The invention relates to an earthquake response analysis method for building structure based on general rigidity eccentricity, which comprises the following specific steps: 1, applying polar coordinates to represent the eccentric position of the rigidity center of each layer in a structure; 2, selecting a two-layer structure model, determining model parameters of the structure, and establishing a structural dynamic equation based on general rigidity eccentricity under a bilateral earthquake effect; and 3, based on the unitization of earthquake spectrum intensity factors, carrying out translation-torsion coupled response analysis on the building structure based on general rigidity eccentricity in the frequency domain. The method respectively analyzes the influences of coaxial and non-coaxial rigidity eccentricity on the translation-torsion response of the structure under the condition of general rigidity eccentricity, and obtains the arithmetic root mean square of planar center shift and acceleration of each layer in the structure through calculation. The innovation lies in that the polar coordinates are used to represent the non-coaxial eccentricity of the structure. The superiority lies in that the eccentric position of structural rigidity can be flexibly set, and the influence of general rigidity eccentricity on the structural earthquake response is presented.

Compared with the conventional one-dimensional pixel comparison method (i.e., only considering movement correction in the iris angular direction), segmentation errors in the iris pixel processis considered in the method disclosed by the present invention; compared with the synchronized two-dimensional pixel comparison (i.e., the overall movement correction in the radial direction and in the angular direction), the comparison method disclosed by the present invention is more flexible; and according to the method disclosed by the present invention, not only the synchronous two-dimensional comparison method is covered, but also misalignment and overlapping comparison of the two-dimensional pixel within a reasonable range is allowed, so that the method can better adapt to the center shift and radius errors occur in the iris segmentation process, and has advantages of a small calculation amount and a fast detection speed.
